Welcome to my blog, where I write about all manner of things...

We are surrounded by stories, so many of them hidden from our comprehension by the volume of stimuli that besets us every moment of every day.But we do see glimpses of them, in the smile or grimace of a friend, in the laughter of someone hidden around the corners, the scrawl of grafitti across a poster. We see them in vast numbers, engrained into every action and entity around us, an unimaginable storehouse of snippets and sentences from the multitude of stories around us. It is this miasma that intrigues me, this vast cooking pot of incidentals that represents not only the now but the past, stretching back through complexity into simplicty to a time when the first stories were coming into being. It is only through time, effort and understanding that we have begun to tell them, and they are never more than incomplete.
